Over fifteen years, she mastered ballet, jazz, tap, modern, musical theatre, and acting, swiftly transitioning to a professional career in performance and choreography.

Karin Bury, Communications/Support

Karin serves in a communications and support role at Monarch Arts. With over 15 years of experience in communications, marketing, and organizational leadership, Karin brings a wealth of expertise to the organization. She contributes to both strategic communications and the hands-on logistics of Camp Monarch, a two-week summer camp.

Affectionately dubbed “The Popsicle Lady” by the campers, Karin makes Fridays special by bringing popsicles and ensuring that the camp runs smoothly. Her attention to detail and creative approach enhance the camp experience while supporting Monarch Arts' vision.

Outside her role at Monarch Arts, Karin is pursuing a Master of Arts in Professional Communication at Royal Roads University. She also serves as a director of communications in her daily life. Karin is passionate about using communication as a tool for connection, creativity, and community building.

Jennifer Pritchard

Jennifer has had a love of the arts from a very young age. Some of her favourite activities as a child were colouring and creating.
