Child Safety

Monarch Arts Education strives to keep all children safe while they are attending our programs. Everyone who works at Monarch Arts Education is carefully screened through professional interviews and references. A staff member trained in standard first aid and CPR is available on premises.

Please let us know if there are further details about your child’s learning needs or health concerns that you would like to share, or if your family has special requests for legal and custodial reasons.

Fees

Payments for course fees must be made in full at the time of registration.

Sibling Discount

A discount is given to siblings registered in the same term.  Please see the Fees section under the Register tab for details.

Withdrawals, Transfers, and Cancellations

All requests for withdrawals or cancellations must be made in writing to info@monarcharts.com. Monarch Arts Education will retain 100% of fee if withdrawals or cancellations are made after three weeks before the start of the program. All camp withdrawals made between the time of registration and three weeks before the start date are subject to an administrative fee of $50.

Critical Illness or Injury

For withdrawals or cancellations due to medical reasons, a pro-rated refund may be issued outside of the above deadlines if a written request is accompanied by a physician’s note.

Class Cancellations

Monarch Arts Education will provide a 100% refund for courses or camps that are cancelled due to low enrollment and Monarch Arts Education will notify families a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date.

In the event of a natural disaster or severe weather events, Monarch Arts Education reserves the right to cancel courses or camps and fees will not be reimbursed.

From time to time, changes to instructors or course content may occur at the discretion of Monarch Arts Education.

Use of Photos, Videos, and Artwork

Monarch Arts Education reserves the right to photograph and film children and their work for promotion and marketing purposes only and reserves the right to exhibit students’ artwork free of charge. Please notify Monarch Arts Education in writing at info@monarcharts.com if you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed.
